Two-Stage Coal Gasifier Cold Clean Gas Station
The gas produced by the two-stage coal gasifier is divided into upper gas and lower gas. The upper gas first enters the Stage I electrostatic precipitator to remove heavy tar and dust, operating at 90–150°C, and then enters an indirect cooler, where the gas is cooled to approximately 35–45°C. The lower gas passes through a cyclone dust collector for dedusting, with the temperature after dust removal around 450–550°C.

Single-Stage Coal Gasifier Cold Clean Gas Station [Anthracite]
The raw gas generated by the coal gasifier, at a temperature of 500–600°C, enters the twin-pipe cooler where it is cooled by circulating water. The dust in the gas is washed down and discharged through the water seal at the bottom of the vertical pipe. The outlet gas temperature is approximately 80–90°C. It then enters the scrubber for further cooling and dust removal, bringing the gas temperature down to 35–45°C.
